Hate to say it, but with the more playing time, Kotsay is justifying his place on the team.

In regards to Hart being slower, there is no way a bobbled ball in the dirt should have been that close on the steal attempt.

I have no problem with his out of the box thinking, IE over aggressive running and shifts. But was gets me is his lack of or just ignoring Coaching 101 stuff IE bunting, LH vs RH etc. Its like being able to ace Calculus without being able to add. -
Loe is more of a code word for RR and his inability to be flexible. Loe pitching against LHs and every single day, not bringing Zach etc.

Can someone tell me why Loe has to pitch everyday? He is a pretty decent pitcher but jeez give the guy a day off.

This is one of those times that stats can convince you of something that really isnt there. If you watch him, the balls that are hit off of him are hit really hard. He hasnt been getting easy outs like the other guys on the staff. -
Gamel has better range then Casey, but his problem is throwing, which is much worse then bad range.

Also, not just saying "i gotta go" and walking off, but saying it as he is running away like he is late for a bus was the best.

Be mad all you want, but its a business. Again if he was playing up to his normal standards, there would have been know way he would have been sent down. His poor play gave them a reason to send him down and use this chip.

He has no one but himself and his poor play to blame for his demotion. He can be mad all he wants but he was Yuni like with a better option available. The only reason Yuni is still here is because there is no better option.

Carroll's 28, and frankly, his Major league numbers have sucked. If they're going to bring up a guy like Carroll, they might as well just bring Boggs back. We know that he'll at least provide some power, if nothing else. While I agree, he is playing well enough that he would have to be better then Kotsay, which just may be the tallest dwarf theory.

You could even make an argument for Brett Carroll getting a call. He could serve as the veteran leadership.

I would rather have Josh Wilson bat 100x more in a year then Yuni. At least you are going to get a somewhat intelligent at bat.

He looked really uncomfortable out there in the 4th and 5th. I think with his motion being all upper body, his mechanics can get out of wack really easy. I would like to see him take a month off of major competition working on his delivery down in Arizona and rest his arm. -
as much as Go-Go sucks at the plate this year, at least he offers two plus areas that can be used game by game and justifies his roster spot.

I think that is more of a product of his delivery then then the speed. If he was more assertive in his motion then I would imagine that it would seem faster.
