    You have to remember, that finding a manager is like seeing that hot girl at the bar. You can want to date her all you want but she has to want to date you too. How do we know that Melvin hasnt contacted a bunch of people and been turned down.

    I am all for the past coming back to haunt them but does anyone find the fact that this one man with the help of one colleague came up with all of these experiments ranging from one scientific field to another. I can suspend reality a bit to believe that he is this advanced mentally, but to be the top of his field in several fields, which he would have to be in order to be able to have done what he did, seems pretty far fetched.

    I think BA fits in really well with a national broadcast. He has a perfect PBP delivery and with two other people in the booth he can defer to them for baseball talk which is the PBP guy should do.

    Am I the only one that thinks 90% of Brewerfan could go up there and put together at bats the same as Corey. I would have more confidence with Manny Parra or CC batting there then I do with Corey.

    Its not that he is a cheerleader it is just that there are more good things to say about the Phillies then the Brewers. Other then Rickie coming out of the game and Hart looking like he belongs in MLB was other good things have they done today.

    I have heard that too. Someone with more time can look it up, but I am pretty sure they have been sued and or had fraud charges filed against them.

    Ironically the only two strikes he threw that inning were the ones Hall tried to bunt on.

    If you have had TIVO before then you will notice a difference. If you havent then it won't make a difference at all. Personally I haven't had TIVO but did have Charters DVR and DTV's DVR is very easy to use.

    Is Mike Lamb worthless or did he make someone mad. Not saying that you need to experiment but can it really hurt to give him a start?

    If you watch the scene you see the slide lock meaning that there are no more bullets in the magazine after only 2-3 shots. I know next to nothing about guns but I do know when the slide locks like that you are out of bullets.

    ***Spoiler alert for those who have seen episode 2*** A couple quick reality question/observation. Is there a person in here that believes that guy would be able to pull the women that he was shown with. He was awkward and shy and yet he was pulling strippers and bar skanks with little effort. Whats up with the gun that she gives to younger Bishop(sorry his name escapes me), he takes 2-3 shots and its out of bullets? When he puts the electrodes on her chest to bring her back, wouldnt that have burnt her really bad. All that electricity going through those washers(?) would make them awfully hot. In regards to the satellite photos, are they just randomly taking pictures of areas around Mass? How would they have pictures from different points in the day of that area. I realize that there probably are pics taking of the Boston area or any major city through out every day, but to be able to pull up a specific area in good detail like that seem highly unlikely. As for the image in her eye, even if you want to believe the idea that the muscle relaxer stopped the flow of images through her optic nerve, the bridge would have been long gone, replaced at worst by his face before he injects her or at best his face just before he cuts her. At the end when Bishop was talking to Dunham about his son, I was half listening, were they trying to imply that Bishop genectically altered his son in order to produce the perfect child?

    I think that Jack is THE Norv Turner of MLB office personel. He is a great coordinator(drafter, scout) but may not be cut out for being the Man.

    Simmions made it clear that he wasn't hired to take the HC position. I would imagine his friendship with Yost is more important to him then coaching.

    Which is fine, Road to the Show is just as if not better then MVP anyways.

    Thats pretty much my point, there is no statistical data that can show that he is making a difference either way. You can't point at the stats because who is to say they wouldnt have batted that way with him spending 20 hours a day trying to improve or if he did absolutly nothing. Now if for example he had a system that required all hitters to take the first two pitches(with this team that might not be a idea) then that would be something that you could point to and say that is or isnt working. Scouting the opposing pitchers is pretty much done by interns who input the information and for some reason I remember seeing Sedar being in charge of that(no idea why. It was on one of those behind the scenes shows).

    And why wouldnt you pitch Torres for the 17th straight day. Ned, some advice, no matter how Torres does be it 3 straight walks leave him in because he is a battler, gamer and is making good pitches and just is running into bad luck.

    instead of thinking of ways they can win this game, all I can think of is spectacular ways they will lose it.

    Just to repeat my point, other then pitching in the cage, possibly giving advice I have just as much influence on batters as any batting coach does.

    so basically the only way they can score is when someone else screws up, awesome.
