Wow. That was impressive.
-
Swung through a high FB but his first two cuts were trying to hit the ball the opposite way. Nothing wrong with the approach and he was pretty pissed at his execution.
-
Imagine sending down that guy and playing the likes of Sogard and Holt in place of him when our team is struggling to bat .200

WIAA will hold fall sports season; delays most starting dates

I had a different message from my AD but this is all changing quickly. So who knows. -
So what is everyone’s drug of choice for this game?
-
I believe it can. It hosts soccer games and well there was this in 2009.

WIAA will hold fall sports season; delays most starting dates
pacopete4 replied to Jimbo's topic in Other Sports
The WIAA's calendar has baseball starting April 12 and ending June 30. That's starting at least 3 weeks later. From what I've heard there probably won't be a post season or state tournament which tells me conference schedules will go into June. Earliest Practice: April 19, 2021 Note: Pitcher instruction week is April 11-17 Earliest Game: April 27, 2021 Regionals: (D2-D4) - June 10, 15 and 16, (D1) - June 15 and 17 Sectionals: June 22 State: June 29-30-July 1 (Tentative) -
Our offense stinks but our pitching hasn’t been great either. Giving up a lot of runs.
-
I think we’ve seen too many take steps back offensively and then go elsewhere and do well. Andy Haines just has to be the fall guy even if he really doesn’t play much a role in it.
-
Yep, relievers go 7IP only giving up one extra base hit.*Finishes off another Shiner. ...and 4 runs to a lousy team.
-
Blame the manager for his obsession with Sogard. I don’t know what that has to do with Braun? Unless you’re Clancy in disguise and think he should be playing 3B?
-
It was basically his stat line from a season ago. But yeah... you’re probably right....
-
I can’t believe he was just allowed to hit with the bases juiced and us down 3 with Garcia and Braun eating sunflower seeds on the bench. Counsell has been a part of the problem this year.
-
What will we be if we win? We would be nothing, because all you'd hear is radio silence. Right? We crept back to .500 and he was nonexistent around here. Complains to complain. We get it, things aren’t going as planned right now.
-
I love Braun but he just isn't the same player and Garcia sucks. Guy, your schtick is getting old. Go watch something else or something.
-
Our lineup hasn’t been good but not starting Braun and Garcia is just dumb. If one needs a day off, stagger them. Just too much potential pop to leave out of the lineup when we are already lacking it.
-
He is one of many reasons and his signing never made any sense. Stearns flat out whiffed last offseason and we are paying the price. Would you say you have lost confidence in Stearns?
-
Sogard is making like a bazillion dollars so he’s not going anywhere. Nice man, good family, but it was a mistake, again.

What will we be if we win?

It’s kind of like us versus the Cubs.

Rooooooooogy!!
-
Houser is a reliever. *Cracks another Miller
-
Narvaez is swinging the bat so damn hard. Pressing to say the least.
-
Gamel now heating up again. Very nice!’

Arcia has been impressive. It’s been great to see.
