  1. I think some poster just told us how big of a mistake it was that he's gone not too long ago.
  2. I think this has been proven wrong so many tunes over. Huge mistake by Counsell. No props for Sogard? Not Even tonight? No. None. When you give Villar his due, I’ll consider it.
  3. I think this has been proven wrong so many tunes over. Huge mistake by Counsell.
  4. Congrats! My wife and I are expecting twins in February, our first as well. Really glad you started this. Did you guys find out the sexes? We wanted it to be a surprise at first but since we are having two we are wondering if there is an advantage to finding out ahead of time. Yes, we did. They’re both boys. We wanted to just to be as prepared as we can with things. I don’t think there’s a right answer with that but it was just something that we both felt comfortable with. Congratulations to you too!
  5. Braun and Nottingham won’t play the rest of the series, no doubt. Gyorko won’t play until next weekend series.
  6. You can but not often......110 mph Not that it isn’t impressive but I would’ve guess that was hit harder.
  7. Another leader, gone. Missing Cain and Pina with this team makes it rough after you lose Thames, Grandal, and Moose all as veteran players.
  8. Yes but for depth, not to start. Depth he’s fine. Pinch hitting, filling injuries, etc.
  9. I don't know if I'd call him light-hitting. Dude hit .401 at Rookie-level as an 18-year-old last year. I do not like that he's at least two years away, though. I don’t know what stat lines originally pulled up for me but after looking back through, it looks much better.
  10. I’ll clarify. He will be 34 next year. We have Narvaez for the near future. I’m just not sure it makes sense to have Pina back in the mix at that age coming off a knee injury. We shall see though.
  11. CJ Abrams screams Brewers. A light hitting shortstop. Perfect.
  12. The end of Manny Pina IMO. Sad stuff.
  13. Any update on Pina? Kind of surprised a move hasn’t been announced. Tough to go into a game with one catcher.
  14. Well if we don’t make the playoffs I have we can tank for a higher pick.
  15. 30. Alec Bohm, 3B/1B (ETA: 2020) - 35.6 34. Spencer Howard, RHP (2020) - 40.3 87. Bryson Stott, SS (2022) - 21.6 Here are their 3 top 100 prospects. While Hader comes in at 56.4 on the trade value site, I think it would take Bohm and one of the other two players plus a lower level lottery type for the Brewers to consider it. At least that’s where I hope they are with this.
  16. Pina will be 34 next season. On borrowed time in the catchers world. Hoping for the best with him here.
  17. Have you looked at what solid relievers make nowadays? $4.5 million isn't detrimental. ...and Phelps is good.
  18. I can't believe I've watched both of these games. What is wrong with me...
  19. Doubtful that Gamel will be going anywhere either. Braun could also be back if DH is a thing to stay.
