  1. Guys a bumb. Good non move once again
  2. Doesn’t play good enough defense and strikes out too much. #TravisShawForever
  3. Oh you might’ve?
  4. Cain has no business being mentioned in the all star status. Could turn out to bring a rotten contract.
  5. That may be the ultimate result. I'd like to give Shaw a little more than 3 games to see if he's right, though. And Shaw didn’t play today lol He’s not going anywhere. Aguilar on the other hand. This was exactly what I was afraid of going into this season with him.
  6. Wow, 3 million fans to the park, and we sell? Not happening. Brewers on pace for 2.7M but it very well could. It would be very wise to trade away the one-year deals if they are not in contention. Could restock pretty quickly in that situation.
  7. Chara going to play with a broken jaw tonight in game 5 but yet let's start another NBA thread around here... come on people!
  8. Brewers vs. RHP: .249/.329/.444/.773 Brewers vs. LHP: .250/.328/.454/.782
  9. Name the RH batter on the team who you think is better right now. It's more a statement of how bad the state of the team's RH batting is than a statement of how good Hiura is yet. I do believe he's going to be an elite bat but it's not a high bar to be the best RH in the Brewers organization right now. All the more reason why he should be in Milwaukee. Ryan Braun.
  10. Cain doesn't belong in the top half of the lineup right now. But they'll keep him there much like they kept Braun in the 3-hole too long last season.
  11. Using one game to mold you mood on this is a bad take IMO. He's hot against lefties. So they are placing him in the 4-hole. It's not a bad move. Hiura isn't with us. It'll be a while before he is. I almost wish they never brought him up in the first place so people weren't so crazy about this.
  12. Market size > smallest revenue > 15-20th smallest And our payroll is #14 to start the year....so what am I missing? Seems to me our payroll is aggressive for our revenue size and it will only grow more mid-season. Seems a far cry from being cheap. https://www.cbssports.com/mlb/news/2019-mlb-opening-day-payrolls-red-sox-cubs-yankees-open-season-above-competitive-balance-tax-threshold/ You've commented plenty since this post Brew crew 92. Your fans are waiting for your response to this. How do you justify all the stuff you have said about our payroll and our management not doing enough?
  13. Yes. I cannot believe they would put a guy slashing .311/.354/.600/.954 against LHP this year in the 4-hole. Crazy!
  14. Market size > smallest revenue > 15-20th smallest And our payroll is #14 to start the year....so what am I missing? Seems a far cry from being cheap. https://www.cbssports.com/mlb/news/2019-mlb-opening-day-payrolls-red-sox-cubs-yankees-open-season-above-competitive-balance-tax-threshold/ There will be no answer to this. It doesn't fit the agenda.
  15. Day game with Peralta has me feeling good. Especially if he gets past that first inning. He is a full run better during the day and the WHIP is about 1.000
  16. Exact same words I spoke during the Harry Dalton Bud Selig time period. Still waiting. Then keep waiting and stop whining. Either it happens, or it doesn't. But this ownership is giving it hell trying to win. If you can't see that and enjoy this period of time in Brewers history, I don't know what to tell ya anymore.
  17. Isn’t the future always murky for a small market team like the Brewers? Windows come and go. This management seems like they are pretty intelligent so I feel good with the situation and the future.
