  1. I would do it, but there is no way the wife would let that fly.
  2. Last night just proved why for the first time in years I am excited for the Bucks season, and it is all because of Brandon Jennings. Kid is electric. To almost get a triple double in your first NBA game, that is pretty impressive. Too bad Bogut played so bad.
  3. If they stay healthy I think they could make a legit run at the #8 seed. But if Redd and or Bogut get hurt again they are pretty much screwed. Looking forward to seeing Jennings play.
  4. I almost feel like they should trade whoever they can get more for between Gamel and McGehee. I like both guys, but also see the flaws in both guys. Trade whoever gets you the most pitching in return.
  5. I would have to get a ridiculous package back to trade Braun. And even then, it would hurt to do it because of my fandom for the guy. But if they said here take Hanson, Heyward, Schafer and Vazquez. That would be tough to say no to. I think Braun is a very special player and a guy who has a chance to get the next great Brewer. I'm talking retired number and potential HOF'er.
  6. Yeah, a second watch is a must. They are funny the first time, but that second time you catch little things that are hilarious. I know a lot of critics and fans think they peaked in season 2 and 3 on the show but now in season 6 I still find it to be hilarious and my favorite show. And it is probably right there with Seinfeld as my favorite show of all time.
  7. My favorite part was when Michael defended his dating situation to Jim by saying something like, "But it's working out really good for me. She's right on my way home from work." Ha! "So take a different way man!" Loved the episode, better then last weeks and right on track with the wedding episode. The look on Stanley's face when Michael said he was sensual was very funny to me as well. Also when Jim asked Michael what kind of car she drove and Michael knew it and explained how far down the seats go.
  8. I'm not that big of a NBA guy, but I might have to go and get the Jennings. I think he is going to be something special. Anyone know if Marquette will have any bobblehead dates this season?
  9. I'm like jason21nl, I almost always wear a hat. The only times I don't wear a hat are times when it is not appropriate. Like at work, church, functions where you dress up, but other then that I wear a hat most days. I to wear a hat backwards from time to time. Not too often. What a can't stand are hats that the brim is totally straight, that looks dumb, IMO. I actually bought one of those "perfect curve" things from Lids for my new hats.
  10. That is very true, this is the same team that made a deal to acquire Yuniesky Betancourt. I would do the trade in a second, but I doubt it happens. And I would not trade Braun for Greinke.
  11. I agree, the grey road jersey with "Milwaukee" across the front was sweet. I would love to get a blank one of those. Or a Yount or Molitor version.
  12. Cappy isn't exactly high ceiling pitching 80ish MPH. I think Cappy may need to reinvent himself into a left handed specialist.
  13. Oh man, I forgot about that. It was great. Also Kevin saying he started going into Jim's office to fart but he liked it so much he kpet going back. And how he got a "Kevin Malone" name plate on the desk and his jar of M&M's.
  14. "My son calls it an upper decker." Classic.
  15. Yeah, I didn't realize they were fill cans until the second time I watched the episode. I laughed out loud when I realized and seen the soda spraying everywhere.
  16. I'm really hoping Vargas comes back. He was very impressive out of the pen. Didn't like him as a starter back in 07' but perhaps he has found his niche. Good job by Melvin getting him for basically nothing.
  17. The Papelbon being traded rumors will really escalate now. Wouldn't surprise me if they deal him this offseason and go with Bard or resign Wagner to close in 2010. The Sox were my preseason pick to win it all. I was way wrong.
  18. I might join you. And I'm sure we could get a few more.
  19. Escobar might not quite be ready yet to bat leadoff, but I would like to see him get the first shot. And I like the thought of Weeks in the 2 hole or down more in the order to drive in runs.
  20. No doubt about it. If they traded Braun while he is in a contract locked up cheap till 2015 I would do something I would think would be impossible. Despise the Brewers. I mean that would be the worst move by almost any franchise ever. Trading Braun now would be right there with letting Molitor walk after the 92' season. I would be irate. I doubt it will happen but when I heard and read that stuff Witrado said I was so upset. Almost fuming.
  21. I would like to see Escobar leading off and Weeks batting 2nd or 5th. Of course this is if Weeks is 100% healthy. Which he should be.
  22. "Niagara" moves right up into my top 5 episodes ever of The Office. It was that good.
  23. Long live Duke Silver.
  24. I just did that same thing, for sure a crunch. And I could see my breath. Not good.
  25. Me to, just seeing this thread title made me throw up a bit in my mouth. I want summer and spring back.
