    Reds bullpen seems inadequate, irrespective of last night’s game. Red’s pen did allow eight earned runs yesterday, though.

    Gallagher was 6th round pick last year. 1.59 ERA after two starts in AA. 22 years old Armstrong 13th round pick in 2023. 4.62 ERA in AA. 24 years old Gallagher seems useful. Armstrong 🤷‍♂️

    I’m not sure Kittredge or Soroka strike fear in many people. Taylor Rogers FIP and WHIP are underwhelming. You stack them on top of Willi Castro and you maybe got one win improvement.

    2-3 wins in the regular season, I’d imagine. Kwan, Chourio, Frelick in the OF Collins to 2B, Turang to SS Less likely to lose 2-1 or 1-0 in the postseason. Plus, majority of our lineup would be 5’8” 🤷‍♂️

    Kwan could be nice. I genuinely think we have enough starting and relief pitching. Maybe one more high leverage arm so we don’t need to pitch Uribe and Megill 4-5 day’s per week. I’d prefer to not give up six years of a decent prospect for 25 IP of a rental. I realize we eventually need to cash in some prospects, someday.

    Batting third and doing the catching, William Contreras. He had a great game yesterday. Jansen and his .820 OPS against LHP this year will be available off the bench 🤷‍♂️

    Orioles are winners of five straight and going for four game sweep of Toronto. Orioles outscored Blue Jays 30-10 this week. I agree with your other points. Just sharing some Baltimore optimism.

    Yelich getting a day off against the lefty and Contreras simply having a day off both make equal sense to me. Contreras had a great game yesterday so we might as well give Yelich the day off.

    I think Vaughn has enough former prospect pedigree to likely out perform Rhys Hoskins through the 2026 season.
