    There were some rumblings around the deadline of the Black Sox shopping Alexei Ramirez. I'd rather stick with Segura but if we want to look outside I'd rather have a guy like Ramirez than Drew...Alexei is solid offensively AND defensively (but not spectacular) and has posted a consistent WAR of 3 his entire career. Drew hasn't been good in years as evidenced by the amount of bouncing around he's done recently.

    While it's true that we squandered our best offensive opportunity and probably the game in the 8th, if we were somehow to have a miraculous run and make the playoffs do you at all trust KRod in a high leverage situation in a post-season game? I sure as hell don't. I trust KRod more than I trust Will Smith or Kintzler...those two are completely lost and useless. KRod has been there before. I guess we could try Broxton but that wouldn't solve the 6th-7th-8th inning issues.

    2015 free agency is really bad. I hope we don't sign anybody.

    Nobody seems to be talking about STRANDING THE BASES LOADED WITH ZERO OUTS. It was over before KRod even came in the game. You cant hit a simple flyball with zero outs, you don't deserve a shot to win the game. Nothing more to say about it. KRod gives up some HRs, but I think he's adequate for this season. Not that we're going to even need a closer this month anyway.

    I don't think KRod is the source of our issues. Look no further than the 4 of 5 starting pitchers we have who have us 5 runs in the hole by the 4th inning every single night.

    I know he's supposed to be the "8th inning" guy, but why haven't we thrown him out there at some point to eat up an inning or two to acclimate himself? Instead throw Will Smith who has a dead arm out there some more. Just another stupid decision by a clueless staff.

    Me too. I was sick of people here telling me they'd never sit a vet to play Clark or Rogers in September. RR wants production, and he knows he not going to suddenly find it in the washed up has beens he was forced to use the first 5 months of the season. I might have good with Rogers over Clark, but I'll take either over Lark Roverbay. So Roenicke did it one time and that means he knows what he's doing? LOL, we'll see. Sorry but that hit and run last night put me over the top, the guy is clueless under pressure.

    WHAT IN THE FREAKING WORLD IS GOING ON IN THAT DUGOUT...its time to just pack it in for the year, its possible for a team to get hot but not when continuous blunders hold it back.
