  1. Yelich is the only guy seeing the ball well vs. Hill. 3 rockets against a LHP. I'm good with that send by Sedar. Miley took about a year rounding 3rd
  2. They are through 5 now.
  3. Followed by taking 3 of 4 against Washington. 2 of 3 at LA. And sweeping the Cubs in Chicago.
  4. I would add Hughes to the list of guys I trust. He's been solid all year and may have saved the season yesterday. Forgot about him.
  5. How do you think the bullpen will be managed this weekend in close games? Let's say we can get 6 IP from the starters the next 3 games. Swarzak pitched 2 last night. Do you go Starter 6, Hader 2, Knebel 1 tonight? Then starter (or group effort) 6, Swarzak 2, Knebel 1 tomorrow? Davies 6, Hader 2, Knebel 1 on Sunday? I just really don't want to see Barnes, Drake, or anyone else out there in a close game. Maybe Jeffress if needed.
  6. Man. Watching the season unravel is depressing.
  7. Cannot believe it's Drake here.....don't care the inning. Season on the line. Should be Swarzak (assuming Hader not available)
  8. Didn't hit it hard but it got through. 3-1. Maybe that'll get Braun going the next few games.
  9. If gamecast is accurate, another awful strike zone today.
  10. I'm starting to feel like the Dodgers need to sweep them. I doubt we win all 5 of our remaining games. The Dodgers getting 2 of 3 might not be enough. We can lose one and the Dodgers go 2-1 and we still force a one game playoff. That looks to be the most likely scenario here. Brewers 4-1, Rockies 1-2, 1 game playoff.
  11. Why do we need the Rockies to flame out? They go 2-3 and the Brewers go 4-2 and we have a one game playoff. Is it likely? Not really. But it's certainly realistic for the Brewers to win 2 series and have the Rockies split the remaining two with Miami and go 1-2 vs LAD
  12. Last week of the season and we're two games back. Confident we can go 5-1 this week. Rockies 3-3 to force a playoff. Let's do it.
  13. SF tacks on another run in the 7th. Joe Panik is having a great day. Started 2 rallies, scored 2 runs. Now an RBI single. 4-0 SF.
  14. Colorado threatening in the top of the 5th. 1st and 2nd with 1 out. 2-3-4 in the order coming up
  15. My rankings of non Miller Park stadiums that I've been to: 1 AT&T Park 2 Busch Stadium 3 Yankee Stadium 4 Angel Stadium 5 Wrigley Field 6 Great American Ballpark 7 Dodger Stadium 8 Target Field 9 Guaranteed Rate Field AT&T is in a beautiful setting and enjoyed the surrounding area/bars as well. I enjoyed the downtown feel of Busch. Nice views. Well designed. Yankee is 3rd solely because it's Yankee Stadium. Target and GRF (then US Cellular) were just very bland. I flip flopped GABP and Dodger Stadium a few times. Those two were pretty equal.
  16. I got Field Diamond Box for Friday and Loge Infield Box for Saturday. Didn't have any website issues. Should be fun!
  17. Sounds like it will be moved to Miller Park
  18. Garza to the DL, Brinson recalled.
  19. Let's vote on how many runs we score. I vote 1. Sac Fly, Strikeout, groundout
  20. I'd prefer that over being eliminated today. More memories, even if they are painful to think about.
