    My real thought is he had a kid, he probably isn’t getting much sleep, his performance tanked, and baseball is his 2nd priority right now. He made a ton of careless mistakes against the reds in that last series of the season. If his mind isn’t there (understandably) it’s tough to trust him to start

    You two are right. I think I'd let Ashby get the 7th and then go Megill for the 8th and Mis for the 9th.

    They still got 5 and 2/3 good innings and less than 100 pitches. Normal Freddy start and he gets to pitch game 4 on normal rest.
