What bothers me about Joe Morgan is how he's so full of himself. A couple weeks ago he went on with a story about when he got a game winning RBI in his Major League debut against Philly. Thing is that game never happened. The story was either confused with another game or made up altogether. As an isolated incident it's not a big deal, but he does that kind of thing all the time. Insists a call was right, replay shows call was clearly wrong, doesn't say anything. And he NEVER answers questions directly or provides real analysis (especially in his ESPN.com chats). He simply doesn't do the job he's paid to do. Throw in his campaigning against Sandberg for the Hall, and he's just an all-around winner. Edit: Link to article
