After glancing at that, IMO the most pessimistic projection is for Weeks and the most optimistic projection is for Gagne. I also think Villanueva's line would be slightly disappointing to many, but it wouldn't surprise me at all to see him struggle just a bit in his first full season as a starter (if that ends up being his role).
Not to nitpick, but the odds of Cleveland being out of the running by the deadline are extremely low. Much lower than the odds of the Brewers being out of it.
I went once at St. Pete Beach. The waves were choppy and they canceled for the rest of the day after I got in. I got really seasick, but before that it was fun.
Overall it's pretty solid, particularly Brian. Bill is Bill, and I realize that he's probably better than a lot of guys, but he still drives me nuts with some of his sayings. You know, "tough pitch to take with two strikes" and stuff like that.
Gwynn isn't likely to be better than Blalock offensively? You might want to say Gwynn has no chance of being better than Blalock offensively. I can't convince you the defense would surely be better with Blalock over Gwynn, but I shouldn't have to convince you that the offense would be much worse under your scenario. Gwynn will be lucky to put up a .650 OPS and you want him starting.
Villanueva, Parra and someone else (even Gamel, far from a throw-in) would be a ton to give up, but for Haren it might actually be worth it. I think that would be a tough call.
Obviously it would be amazing to get Haren, but not when you think about what it would cost. Really, I think the Brewers just need to find a third baseman and their team is set. If they stood pat right now they'd still have a good shot at the playoffs.
If possible I try to stay up as late as I can. The more sober you are when you go to bed, the better you feel the next day. Also like others have said I drink a lot of water before bed.
Do you feel a clicking/popping when you straighten your leg or walk up stairs? And is walking up stairs particularly painful? Last year that happened to me and it was apparently just an inflamed IT band, which is pretty much a tendon on the outside part of the knee. I had to go in an immobilizer for a few days, ice it and then do some exercises and it was fine.
