    I was pretty impressed considering there's no Johnny and this team is extremely young. They battled till the end. There's going to be lots of growing pains, but I love the effort so far.

    I’m 100% on board with dealing Hader this offseason to bolster the offense. What we could get in return, I don’t know. But if he refuses to go more than 1 inning even in the postseason, and if he’s going to be shaky anyways in the postseason, I’m fine with dealing him.

    If we can improve the offense next year even slightly, it’s our year. Starting rotation got their innings built up, so we can use a 6 man rotation on occasion if we want to, but Burnes/Woody/Peralta/Lauer/Ashby(?) going on regular rest should make us even tougher.

    I’ve always thought it would be cool to do a best of 3 Wild Card series like this: - Day-Night Doubleheader for Games 1 & 2, if one team wins them both it’s over. If they split, Game 3 would be the next night. All 3 games played at the home ballpark of the higher seed.

    If you watch the video with him and Stearns, he says that he went out after the celebration, had a few drinks, and then got mad about something and punched the wall.

    What a bummer. I was angry after hearing the news initially, now just sad. Not going to boo Devin because of it, he already feels plenty remorseful. I would wager that a number of the people on this board did something stupid while drinking in their 20’s, I know I did. It is what it is, next man up.
