    new Chafin.

I wouldn't think he's done per se. Power seems fine, HR/AB is well up over recent seasons. But I would say the batting average from last year was a pretty big outlier. .260-.270 is probably more his ceiling.
  3. Simba2020
A true free swinger with power but still struck out more than 77 times just twice and never reached 100.
  4. Simba2020
Agreed. .240 with 20 homers is about all they should ever expect out of him.
  5. Simba2020
Yeah the Brewers showed him earlier in the game.

I really don't have much confidence in Hudson this year. Velo is down some and command has been poor. Getting by but too many white knuckle moments for my liking.
  7. Simba2020
I think he at least deserved to go until allowing a base runner.
  8. Simba2020
Dillard is the only guy I know that is happy with a GIDP with nobody out.
  9. Simba2020
Solid outing by Priester but I'll wait and see what he does when facing a major league team.
  10. Simba2020
Can't finish the season with that 3B combo
  11. Simba2020
He's not a major league player. Period.
  12. Simba2020
If makes the HOF, they might as well shut it down because it would have become meaningless.
  13. Simba2020
Yelich has been rough overall but basically embarrassing against lefties.
  14. Simba2020
Jared Shuster, Ryan Weathers? Hall kind of fits the bill to a certain extent.
  15. Simba2020
I would have been very interested until I saw Lorn Brown. Probably my most hated announcer ever. From what I understand, even Ueck didn't like him.
  16. Simba2020
If playing tomorrow, who wins. Minnesota or Milwaukee?
  17. Simba2020
Anybody who thinks these bats are our problem is crazy. And I'm not saying you or anybody really thinks that. I see Hoskins ordered some. I suspect it will do him not one bit of good.
  18. Simba2020
If I didn't know better, I'd swear Ueck put a curse on the team after breaking his heart in game 3 last year.
  19. Simba2020
Just call a spade a spade. We aren't 0-3 due to the umps or the torpedo bats. We just should be thankful that these losses only count as one each.
  20. Simba2020
I think way too much is being made out of the bats. Pretty sure Judge isn't using one and he's doing ok. Don't think Goldy is using one, etc. More ballpark and lousy pitching IMO. However if more teams start using them and the homers are flying out for everyone, I suspect MLB would outlaw them.
  21. Simba2020
Don't want to overreact and I tend to be more of the glass half empty type, but I had zero confidence in this staff from the start and thought 78 wins sounded about right.
  22. Simba2020
    another herculean effort, eh jeff
  23. Simba2020
20-6, both teams need to work on their PATs.
  24. Simba2020
    I miss Wei-Chung Wang.
  25. Simba2020
Did they come up with the mercy rule during the offseason?
