Needs more launch angle. Yelich is number 333 out of 336 players with 100 PA in average launch angle.

You were saying? I mean, he’s not wrong. His first multi hit game and his first home run in over 10 games. Guy had been struggling pretty mightily. Oh, I know. OPS by month in his Brewers career: .625, .663, .609, .916, .606. That's a lot of bad with a short run of great.

Yeah, reopening day already turning into reopening night. I still don't like the rule but I might get a little more behind it if they started with the runner on first so at least you could turn a DP.

It's really .190 versus lefties and .156 versus lefties. But your point is still valid, there isn't any real upside going to Pina.

Hiura's great, figured things out, pitch recognition, yada yada yada. Then he chases one a mile out of the zone. At this point, I'd trade him for almost anyone so I never have to see him again. Let him go on to be a star somewhere else I almost don't care.

Announcers acting like Burnes has been awesome today. Umpire not helping earlier but he's not sharp yet again. Especially against this offense.

This team is just mediocre. If the offense doesn't improve, and it certainly might, it's about a 79-80 win team in my opinion. Thankfully the division is just as mediocre as the Brewers with a collective run differential of -130 as of now.

And I don't have to eat that broom after all. I really would be quite surprised if we avoided a sweep.
