Never know how things shake out with the roster and who is still coming and going but it appears as though there may be just a couple returning starters on offense and defense combined. (Posa, Catalano, Mandell?). That seems like more than the average turnover even is this day of player movement. Also something this program probably needs.

Now up to 18 known portal commits. Probably another handful to come yet. Going to be a very different team next year

As I recall they were pretty physical with us in the paint last year. Hopefully we can match the physicality and shoot the three

Big time get for the Badgers. Not usually the type of player that is attainable for UW. He was very highly rated out of high school and projected to compete for a starting spot at OSU next season.

Up to 12 transfers so far. I really like the QB, RB and C on offense. Kamara on D is crazy athletic and could be an impact guy as well. Long way to go to fill out the roster though. One somewhat surprising thing so far for me is the number of guys with multiple years of eligibility left. I felt they may go for more older/proven guys given CLFs job status

Great game to watch. Blaha was fantastic. They made some great adjustments on D in the second half and really took over the game -
9 goals should be enough to win most games I’d think. Agree it’s nice to get scoring from everywhere and not just relying on a couple guys. Fun year so far

Feels like this team is improving and starting to figure out how to play together better. Rohde is really starting to progress with his role and it showed the last couple games. His ability to pass and defend really compliments what the other guards do. I like that he can run point when Boyd is on the bench too. Moving Rapp to the bench hopefully pays off by allowing him to develop at his own pace without the pressure of starting, while adding some scoring punch off the bench. A lot to like with this team and a lot of room for improvement yet as well.

Exchanged goals early in the third period then Bucky with a couple empty netters to cap off the 7-4 victory. Hauser looked pretty good down the stretch. Made some nice saves under duress later in the third period

Wow, 4 second period goals by UW. Palodichuk with 2 pretty snipes and the Badgers pull ahead 4-3

Badgers come right back and tie it at 3-3. Badgers really controlling the play just need to be a little better in net

Pulver pulled for Hauser in the second. Badgers even it up quick at 2-2 before giving up a PP goal

Not the best start tonight. Badgers had a goal erased by a quick whistle but gave up two in the first

Seems like I heard somewhere that Zachman was not going to pursue another year. Based on history it would seem like 15-20 more could declare for the portal yet. UW might need to sign 25-30 transfers

That first half was near perfect in many ways. I think the second half is unfortunately what happens when the game is all but over at halftime

Plus they will need to account for all the players that will declare for the portal. 15-20 is not out of the question. They will be very busy filling roster spots

Never got word on Hauser. Obviously pretty weird to pull him for this series so I would expect he is dealing with some injury

It felt like we had several high quality chances tonight. Nice to come away with the W again tonight.

1-0 after period two doesn’t really reflect how dominant UW has been IMO

Really incredible comeback win tonight.

BYU is a really good team. They have an NBA lotto pick and a lot of really good role players. I expect UW will bounce back fine from this and play better next game. There is some talent on this team.
