    I get why he left him in. Koenig was throwing the ball as well as he has since coming off the IL, and you'd prefer to bring Payamps clean to start the 8th. End of the day Rojas just got a pitch out of the zone. I probably would've made the change, though.

    If Ortiz doesn't botch the first play of the game, he's through 2 scoreless against a good lineup. lmao Botched Ortiz play and Ohtani missed K has added like 15 pitches to his pitch count.

    Too early to say he’s “Chourio 2.0”, but you definitely give him the Chourio treatment until he proves he can’t handle it. Which would include starting him out in Carolina next season.

    Chourio can't catch any luck this homestand. Almost all of his balls have been hard hit and he has one hit to show for.

    Frelick is also really a better alternative than Turang in the leadoff spot at this point.

    Agreed. I doubt the Rangers even put him on waivers to begin with.
