  2. Yeah could probably just hold off on voting in general until Turang and Wiemer are graduated.
  3. Mitchell is no longer a prospect at least according to Pipeline he isn’t.
  4. Hope we get a big win today. Dodgers got into Milwaukee early this morning so they might be a bit groggy/tired today and Gonsolin is making his 3rd start of the year.
  5. And even if he does regain his early 2022 form (don’t think he ever touches 2021 form again) I still don’t think we could get a Holliday, Mayo, Povich package from the Orioles. I don’t think Brewers fans would want to give up Chourio, Black, and Gasser for 1.5 years of a Corbin Burnes level pitcher.
  6. There's zero chance the Orioles are trading Jackson Holliday for 1.5 years of Corbin Burnes (especially with him looking the way he has over his last 120+ innings)
  7. I think it's pretty fair game to make fun of an org for giving a near 31 year old catcher a 5/$87.5M contract and now moving him off the catcher position just 6 weeks into the season.
  8. Edwin Jimenez with two of the brighter pitching performances vs Peoria this week. He was getting a lot of swings and misses with his breaking balls.
  9. If Payamps FB is sitting 96 now like it was today, then he might actually stick in a high leverage role because that's good stuff.
  10. Clayton Andrews struggling with the command again today. Getting behind in the count almost every AB.
  11. Sounds are up 6-0 in the 1st inning of game 2 but they only have 1 hit. BB, K, K, BB, BB, BB, HR, HR. Already into the Saints bullpen after 8 batters.
  12. Shears gets 2 huge strikeouts and a groundout to strand the runner at 3rd. We are headed to the 8th tied 2-2.
  13. Tanner Shears gives up a 2-run HR to the first batter he faces in the 7th inning and Carolina have themselves a tied game. Shears gives up a triple to the next hitter. Delmarva now have the go ahead run on 3rd with 0 outs in the 7th. Bullpens in the system having a difficult time today.
  14. Misiorowski had 16 whiffs on 25 swings. Absolutely ridiculous.
  15. Gets two quick outs and that will be it for him. New season high in pitches and innings pitcher for Misiorowski. Impressive performance from him.
  16. Misiorowski back out to start the 4th inning!
  17. 46 pitches, 30 strikes. That will absolutely play.
  18. I don't think they can do that unless they put him down for another injury. Don't you have a limited amount of time to be in the minors for a rehab assignment?
  19. Dominant performance from Misiorowski today. 3 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 7 SO
  20. And he just gave up a 3-run HR to blow the lead. Just brutal for him.
  21. Varland's rehab stint has not been very pretty to watch. He didn't pitch well in A+ and hasn't looked good in AAA either. The time is running thin for him to figure things out. In his current form, I don't think he's roster-able for the Brewers.
  22. Misiorowski looking very good today. Command for the most part has stayed strong through 2 innings. Hopefully he can carry it over to the third inning today.
  23. How could anyone still be griping about the Hader trade? We got 5 years of control of William Contreras, Joel Payamps, and Justin Yeager for a player we received in the Hader trade. I’ll take Contreras, Payamps, and Yeager every day of the week over one and a third seasons of Josh Hader
  24. Since he got to AAA he has a 4.95 ERA, 5.6 BB/9, 1.2 HBP/9. He's giving up 1.7 H+BB+HBP per inning since he got to AAA.
  25. Unfortunately when he wasn't getting strikeouts today he was giving up a lot of hard contact. 7 balls in play against him and 4 were hard hit. 108 EV, 6 LA, single 107 EV, 14 LA, double 102 EV, 19 LA, double 95 EV, 6 LA, single 90 EV, 27 LA, flyout 84 EV, 18 LA, double 81 EV, -28 LA, groundout That's an average EV of 95. It's been difficult watching him struggle so much since he got to AAA. It was a very aggressive promotion and I am beginning to wonder if it was too aggressive.
