There's not many. Especially when you factor in age. Wood for example was 20 years old when he did that in AA not 22 like Fischer is.
Filtering 2006 to 2026 in A+ with minimum 250 AB and a K-rate north of 30% and wRC+ greater than 120 wRC+. That is 40 players.
Like @CheeseheadInQC mentioned Elly is the cream of the crop with a 160 wRC+ and 30.7% K-rate though he was also in his age 20 season when he did that.
Matt Wallner had a 33% K-rate in A+ and has a 122 wRC+ over his first 1100 MLB PA.
Heriberto Hernandez had a 31% K-rate in A+ and has a 110 wRC+ over his first 400 MLB PA.
Some other young MLB guys who made the list are Carson Williams and Henry Bolte.
A lot of names I don't recognize some names that I recognize but didn't really pan out at the big league level like Bobby Dalbec.
