Just realized Greinke threw an eephus pitch last night, so I have to go with him. -
Weird timing of Kintzler injury. I'll take anyone but Green as his replacement at this point, if he is headed for the DL.

Last night on the way home of the game, someone on the radio (forget which station), mentioned how the 9 game losing streak this team had last May basically sunk them and they were never really in contention after that. I wouldn't say our situation is quite as dire at this point, but it's really important to win a few series right now, especially against beatable teams at home.

Well, I think Tennik's point was that the Brewers need to do everything they can to shore up their record now, before facing those tough teams in June. I agree though that even just playing roughly .500 ball right now wouldn't be the end of the season.

Well, let's hope it starts tonight. Greinke's first home start as a Brewer. It's time for this team to start hitting and turn this thing around.

Once Windows is loaded up, it gives me an error "balloon" in the lower right corner that just says something like "Windows updates failed to install. Click here." I'll have to try the restore option later. Not sure why the update would repeatedly fail, though.

I don't really mind Kotsay batting second (thank goodness Roenicke didn't throw Gomez back in that spot after his good game yesterday), but I wonder if Hart is sitting out again for a reason.

Fair enough. Here's an idea for someone outside the organization: Kansas City has a glut of quality 1B type players, and just sent Kila Ka'aihue back down to the minors. I wonder if he could be had for not much right now? It would be nice to have an additional option to consider once Fielder leaves after this season.

Kotsay is playing better than Hart right now. .267/.362/.300 line for Kotsay vs a .167 flat line for Hart. -

With Morgan hurt, and if Gomez needs a day off, what other options do we really have? They're not going to stick Hart in center field at this point. -
Gamel will be fine as long as he can learn how to play 1B. Once Fielder leaves, the team is going to have to hope the offense can come from primarily from Weeks, Braun, Hart, etc. Gamel should be solid, but no one ever claimed he would put up Prince-like numbers (at least I hope they didn't).

Well, I'm glad I watched this one yesterday, and yes there was enough beer. Most fun I've had watching a Brewers game in quite a while (though I'm sure most Brewers fans could say that).

Hey guys...I'm having a computer issue of my own. My Windows 7 desktop PC keeps trying and failing to install a Windows update. It downloads, the computer resets, but the install always fails. Not sure what to do at this point. Any ideas?

Dear Brewers, I am going to watch this game this afternoon, mainly because it is a day game and I don't have anything better to do. I will be drinking beer and attempting to enjoy myself. Please do not punish me for this decision. Yovani, you are supposed to be a top of the rotation pitcher, please start pitching similar to one. Batters, please give him any sort of form of run support. Remember, Kyle Lohse may have a nice ERA right now, but he is not Cy Young. Sincerely, I3K

West has to be the worst umpire in MLB, by far. He always seems to find a way to escalate situations. Not sure why MLB tolerates this clown.

I'm very glad I didn't watch this game last night. I listened to the first inning on the radio, and could already tell it was going to be another one of those nights like we've recently had. Watched season four of "Mad Men" on Blu-Ray with the wife instead and am probably more sane this morning because of it.

Sveum was a great hitting coach last year, and now suddenly he should be fired? I know this topic is probably somewhat tongue in cheek, but stilll...yeah, I don't think Sveum should be fired.
