  1. I have no doubt Greinke is going to finish this season with great numbers. He's been pitching too well not to. Some of the hits he's given up have just been unlucky and untimely so far. As far as Marcum, I don't know anyone could reasonably expect he would be as good as he has so far. The debate on whether he should be extended or not is going to get very heated if he keeps it up.
  2. Yeah, he was one of the all time greats. Too bad WWE didn't get around to putting him in their Hall, though they certainly will now. RIP.
  3. I can see that happening as well
  4. Hopefully they do an episode next season where they show what Michael and Holly are up to in Colorado. That would be nice.
  5. Parts of it were funny, but I didn't like how they left the next boss up in the air. I was really starting to think it would be Jim Carrey since he showed up so late in the episode, but his character was so ridiculous that I can't see it happening now.
  6. Governor Walker opposes extending Miller Park sales tax to build new arena for Milwaukee Bucks.
  7. I'll be cheering for the Pirates and Astros to win 1-0 victories. I have both Cueto and McClellan on my fantasy rosters.
  8. Kotsay has been a serviceable enough fourth OF this season, so far. I wish some fans didn't need to find one player to be a scapegoat all the time.
  9. My guess is Lucroy and Kottaras.
  10. I saw someone on TV last night wearing a Brewers jersey and a Timber Rattlers hat. I have to believe that's someone on this forum.
  11. I think I read the Dodgers' attendance is down an average of around 7000 per game.
  12. I would love to see that happen. Cain was one of my favorite Brewers once he was called up last season. Of course, I really can't see Melvin trading back for him now. I think I recall that Ned Yost really likes him.
  13. Agreed. I just don't get why he can't bat 7th or 8th, where his bat would look so much better (IMHO). I would say he has been slowly making progress as a batter, but his defense continues to be top notch.
  14. This may have been mentioned already, but it looked like he was relying heavily on his fastball later in the game. Had a good time at the game yesterday, despite the hurricane-like winds. Tailgating was an interesting experience because of it.
  15. Will be there. Hoping to tailgate...the wind is supposed to be nasty today.
  16. I assume by "projection TV" you mean a rear projection set? These days, I guess I don't get why anyone would bother with a projection TV. You can get a good and very affordable high definition LCD TV that is much less bulky for not much more than a projection TV will cost you. You also wouldn't have to hassle with the various alignment and calibration issues of a projection TV set.
  17. Yeah, I use it and I've had no problems on my computer in the past few months since I started using it. I also scan regularly with Spybot S&D.
  18. Braun out of game now. Hopefully nothing serious.
  19. It's nice to see the bats bailing out one of our starting pitchers for a change.
  20. Exactly. This game aside, Wolf has had a nice season so far.
  21. Roenicke's post-game comments seemed to insinuate that Marcum wasn't mixing up his pitches enough in that last inning. Might make sense, since he was just cruising along before that.
