I think it falls on the coaches to tell guys in the 9th inning before they go to the plate….” We have 2 challenges left…..if you take strike 3 challenge it no matter what” Somebody asked Murph about it after the game and he basically used the argument that Chourio got fooled…..the reporter then said to him but you had 2 challenges left ….if he’s wrong the games over anyway. Murph “ So you’re saying nothing to lose? Yeah ……..” Didn’t sound at all like they had gone over the scenarios…….or Murph would have been more adamant……he wasn’t.
