I think his age will also limit other teams interest. He is pitching better then Gallardo but doesn't have as much value because of the age difference. Just don't see a big return for him but if we get a great offer he will definitely be moved. -
Why not platoon the 2? Halton can also play outfield so he would be a good bench bat to have on the team next year.

I think we all know Carlos isn't going to win the MVP....... He has had a hell of a year though -
Wow....RRR was livid about that scout saying the brewers had quit......I'm not saying they have quit but that stat says a lot about the way this team is approaching at bats lately......not real professional

Righthanded batters now hitting a cool .123 against Hellweg.......Lefties .273. 5 shutout so far....the man is a ground ball machine.

It looked like he was getting tired. Was losing his command at the end and with it being only 1-0 at that time RRR went to get him.....I was ok with it. Segura seems to make at least one play a game when I just go "wow"...... Braves must be pulling there hair out that they just got shutout 2 games in a row.The first was started by a guy who has been giving up 6 runs per 9 innings and the next by a guy making his first major league start.

There is no set period of time for how long a player has to be on the roster once called up....once he is sent back down he cannot be recalled for 10 days unless an injury occurs. IIRC
