  1. If this was true, I have no idea why the Mets wouldn't have pulled the trigger. The Mets best ranked prospect is #80 on MLB pipeline, and Smith/Matz is hardly a haul. It's not homerism either, look at the responses to his tweet, echoing the same sentiments. Again, I'm gonna wait for confirmation from a legitimate twitter source (the Rosenthals of the world) before believing anything. I would be shocked if Stearns was locked into a trade like that. Because Betances just cost money and a one year deal? I think what the Mets turned down is more in line with what a Hader trade would look like.
  2. Show ANY proof of this please.
  3. The Hader valuations are so over the board that there is no way to have a rational discussion with many people.
  4. The only kind of block they have done tonight, the blindside block.
  5. Tomlin should win it.
  6. Z. Smith is gonna mess around and earn his guaranteed money in just this season.
  7. That was a clear hold at least.
  8. Gary is starting to look a lot better.
  9. How many flags have been thrown in this game?
  10. Progressive is based in Cleveland and certain people (not me) thought he was the next Rodgers.
  11. Lancaster trying to run down Cousins was hilarious.
  12. Both teams probably feel like they should have a big lead.
  13. This is one I would have done, oh well. I always root for the Jays in the AL East.
  14. Well MLB Trade Rumors had the right team but was pretty low on the contract. (3 years and 39 million)

  16. Tailgating isn't cheap either, still have to buy all the fixins...Tickets, parking and gas money are still things that have to be paid for. Not saying anything other than it isn't cheap to go to a game. So like most things that people do as a family? I went to the zoo last summer after not going for a while. I could have gone to a Brewers game for less.
  17. It is pretty obvious the Bucks play harder for bigger games. They don't need to go crazy closing out on all of those "open" threes against lesser teams that they will beat anyways.
  18. Get terrace reserve, tailgate, bring in your own snacks and it is not expensive at all....
  19. Good thing you can easily release guys then.
  20. Nailed it. Anderson>>>>Teheran
  21. Oh yeah, where did he sign?
  22. This is what I’ve alluded to a couple times this offseason as well. Infield defense is becoming less important and I think that might be the newest trend Stearns is spearheading and giving a shot. Maybe a Castellanos signing for 3B isn’t out of the realm of possibility! Braun can now play third?
  23. Davis at 3rd, Urias at SS, Hiura at 2nd and Smoak at 1st would give the Brewers the worst infield defense in MLB.
