    My item was an auto, but a card company certified auto, as were the other items viewable in his history. Nothing unusual in the bid history of any of the other items that sticks out.

    Yeah, I think his account still exists, in-spite of all of this. That said, I was figuring on waiting maybe this week for even that, as I haven't yet figured out how to say "Hey, I got an e-mail that e-bay suspended you. Just wanted to make sure you weren't planning on taking my money and running" without piling on. But I think at this point with all things considered, I'd guess that a response is unlikely regardless.

    I've got a dilemma that just came up with e-bay. I just received an e-mail from E-bay's Trust and Safety that a seller that I won an item from on Tuesday has had his selling privileges revoked and current listings cancelled. He had 100% positive feedback from like 500 auctions. Unfortunately, I've already paypal-ed my payment to this guy on Tuesday, and have yet to get the item. It's for a reasonably large sum of money (but not more than the paypal buyer protection limit), so I'd definitely like to get the item or my money back. So, any ideas on what happened to this guy or what's going on here? I know I'm covered under the paypal buyer protection, but how long should I wait to file a claim? I figure I'll wait another week to see if I actually get the thing, then start looking at my courses of action. Am I on the right track? Has anyone else had something similar happen?

    If Seth had not sent me the list of games to pick, I would not even know the NFL started this week. That's interesting, because before this year, I wasn't even aware that the Brewers kept playing on Saturdays and Sundays after Labor Day weekend.

    AQUINO? Ned is out of his tiny little freaking mind. What an absolutely horrific inning. Estrada whiffs on two passed balls. Unbelievable, moronic, stupidity and half-assed play of horrifically nauseating proportings.

    It helps provide other users of examples of what not to do, and also helps provide reasoning for when said poster inevitably shows up on another board saying 'I was unfairly banned from Brewerfan.net- I mean, I was just minding my own business and they banned me for NO REASON!' Of course, coming over here, you can plainly see that he conveniently left out the part about calling everyone here "inbreds or *******."

    I'm guessing that they used the weather as a convenient excuse to leave rather than harping on the dilapidated facilities they had in Beloit.

    Estrada's absolutely putrid abilities behind the place remind me of Dave Nilsson... with mediocre-to-sub-par offense. But if you REALLY want to see scary, take a look at Mike Rivera (the guy Estrada legitimately replaced)'s season in Nashville, and realize that he has worse career defensive numbers than Estrada as well.... And Davis has actually put up worse numbers than Vargas in almost everything except ERA somehow.

    Well, it's nice to know that finally after 15 years, the next two games are legitimately "must win" in every way.

    Honestly, if anyone is still watching entire games, I salute you. I tuned in for a third of an inning tonight, and it depressed the crap out of me.

    Gallardo was good against Arizona. Ah, true. But he's been absolutely shellacked in 3 of his last four outings.
