At what point do we finally acknowledge that Gallardo is absolute crap right now? This pitching staff is a trainwreck, and it's absolutely embarrassing. I mean, they're seriously giving up 5+ runs in like 8 of every 10 games!

It's really not all that obscure, as it's happened to the Brewers 3 times already this year by memory, and having it happen a couple times is pretty standard in a season, I think.

I'm guessing Cirillo is out, as they probably won't do a bobble of a player actively playing for another team. Now that Burnitz is officially retired, I see him as an option down the road for sure.

I'd probably still prefer certified autos, but I might be interested in the Wolf.

I'm looking to add a few Packers autos to my collection. More specifically, looking preferably for cards, with either official sigs (ie, direct from UD/Topps/Press Pass/Donruss/whomever) or certified (PSA, etc). I'm looking for these specific players: Reggie White Forrest Gregg Jim Taylor Willie Davis Bart Starr Willie Wood and I'd be interested in Ron Wolf or Holmgren as well. Different Commissioner, different discipline.

Despite his woeful season, the arbitration system still will reward him with a decent contract and make him that much harder to trade. Actually, I think it's pretty likely that his numbers will keep his salary roughly the same, if not down a bit.

Do other teams routinely blow 3,4,5,6 to nothing leads as regularly as we do? It's just astounding to think about how horrible our staff has been.

It's the first cool, low humidity, and downright beautiful evening we've had in weeks- so of course the farmer down the road picks today as the day to spread manure. Feels just great to have the place all closed up this evening.

We should have traded our entire farm system for a few more arms. Our current ones kinda blow.

I would not show it to anybody without Angel's permission Oh, absolutely. We'd absolutely love to clear Angel's name once and for all officially, so if you'd maybe bring it up to Angel when you talk to him next, it would be great to put some finality to this. so struggling for a small to moderate size of the season gives you the liscence to dub them a "train wreck?" Considering that I meant "train wreck right now", I think so. Cordero is struggling, Wise is a mess, T-bow is incredibly hit or miss, Villy seems to have hit a wall. That leaves Parra who got rocked today, along with Spurling and Shouse in addition to the aforementioned Linebrink. Yeah, I'd say that's not a good situation.

Fair enough, I'm glad to see they're doing well in the overall scheme of things. That said, how much of those rankings are due to the great hot start of the pen? It might be considerably more valuable to see how they've done since June or July.
