    I don’t think Cruz is overall a big upgrade from Perkins and he’s not much younger. If we are going to look for a CF I hope we take a bigger swing than that.

    Miz for sure, Patrick for sure, Priester for sure. Freddy probably gets traded and I don’t think Woodruff will be back. Probably one vet signing like Quintana. Then Henderson, Hall, Myers, and Gasser are all candidates for a spot,

    The Dodgers averaged 3.75 runs per game in the NLCS. We averaged 1 run per game. Neither Freddy Peralta nor the 17 guys out of the bullpen is very high up on the list of reasons why we lost this series.

    Crazy thing is, after Games 1 and 2 of the NLDS I thought “wow, it’s happening, the offense is waking up at the best possible time!” And then that Game 2 was literally the last sighting. Seems like forever ago now.

    I’m glad we won the NLDS . I hope we can do better with the same opportunity next year, That was really bad. There’s just no way to sugarcoat it.

    No, of course, but he really went out of his way to say this was going to become a series again. “See you tomorrow” in the pregame today, for example.

    Murphy really went out of his way to tell us that this series wasn’t over after Milwaukee and it really kind of shot his credibility.

    4 runs in 4 games. Great finish to the season, Brew Crew.

    Dudes that are swinging for the fences down 4 runs with 1 on just amaze me. Like, a walk and a homerun are the same thing here.
