I was mulling that over last night. Regardless, the play would have gone to first. But I'm aware of the error/GDIP-no RBI rules. Dude #8 batted in the third, looks like he got on (hit or walk?), but his box is marked "OUT 1" but it shows he reached 2nd. He must have scored.

I watched the first inning of the game between the two new guys. The church team was up something like 5-0 after one. They had speed at the top of the order and were aggressive on the basepaths. The guys on the insurance team looked older and looked like a social team. Why was Landmark given credit with a win?

Hey, I take my duties very seriously! I did it a couple of times last year without incident. The ump must have had an eagle eye (just ask Jamie). He also caught me wearing my watch and asked me to take it off. I had it on to time the defensive switches and forgot to remove it. Kudos to colbyjack for being a fighter and a battler with the scorebook while I was in the field. Plus Rightomac covering for me while batting, he understands those fancy scorebooks better than the rest of us.

About pitching: your foot has to touch the rubber, but I don't think anyone pays attention. Keep in mind there's a hufe divot in front of the rubber, so I always would keep my heel back up against the rubber. Last year Jamie expressed concern about having all the best defenders in the field at the same time. Need to mix it up. I'm not familar which positions my94rt and Rightomatic13 can play. Someone needs to score, so Robin19 + nullbyte + Jimbo cannot be in the field at the same time. This morning I check in at Boston's Logan with two suitcases. I arrive at Mitchell with only one waiting for me. No word yet where the other one is. :< On edit: Suitcase located and returned. Was on the plane, but wasn't pulled off in Milwaukee. This despite the fact I had customer service radio the grounds crew to double check and their reply was "all Milwaukee bags are off". Yeah, I could almost cry. Started sprinkling 8am Sunday and was hoping the heavier stuff would hold off. Got over to Fenway just before 1 and the lights were off and no one around except for a couple of scalpers. The thing was, I wasn't aware the Saturday game started at 4 and being in the neighborhood at the time, I could have walked over and checked for available tickets. Then Monday as I was running by Fenway, I could see the game going on. The Monday game being played but not mine.
