    Man, going to games at the end of the 2002 season were a drag. The only thing I had to cheer for was for Jose-K to set the record. But the Brewers couldn't even do that right for the fans. Hernandez was in the lineup at the end of the 2002 ASG. Imagine the hero he would have become if he was able to pop a homer in one of his three at bats? Instead he did the other thing and struck out twice.

    I would care if he didn't get in. He was able to command the zone and get his hits. He's one of my favorite players to never play for the Brewers. I can see the case where someone says he's not "first ballot" but he should be in.

    They talked abput Kershaw on going 4 2/3 against Phi last time put. Will we have more than one hit in that same span? And Mitchell looked like a pitcher trying to hit out there.

    I thought it was something to be on the list of worst defenders at two positions. But then I realized pretty much any outfielder on either list could easily be the worst defender at C given enough innings there.

    I like the late 90's look. It just wasn't as great as the Ball and Glove so people consider it bad.

    Correct. He had a bad concussion on defense. IIRC he was running out and slid hard feet first. He played for Team Canada several years later but was never able to play in the majors again.
