Once Chourio learns some plate discipline, he's going to be an absolute monster. -
The lack of power in this lineup is frightening. Singling teams to death was never going to be sustainable. Pretty obvious what Arnold needs to do over the next few days.

A little late here but those ABs from Contreras, Chourio, and Yelich were absolutely brutal. They need to be better. Plain and simple.

Would be great to score early and often tonight. The offense has been way too quiet early in games, even in the 10-run game against Seattle.

Yeah Mears was awful but this game was lost when the offense failed to hammer Cal freakin Quantrill, who looked like the second coming of Cy Young today.

Same thing different year - they'll trade for a no name reliever who will either be really good for them or absolutely awful and then grab a bat who won't cost much in terms of prospects. -

I'm here as well. Making the playoffs has been great the past 7 years but this isn't 2008 anymore where we were ecstatic just to make it in. It's time to go deeper and make a long run. Does acquiring a big piece help get us to that point? I don't know but I'm willing to take my chances and trade some big time prospects if the opportunity comes along. -

It's amazing that Yelich has a long on base streak going because he has looked awful the past couple of weeks. Chasing badly and swinging over the top of a ton of pitches. Hopefully he gets this out of his system quickly.

Yeah I told myself before the road trip that I'd be very happing going 3-3 so this was amazing.

I think that probably gets it done for Ramirez (or at least really close). Two top 100 prospects including a top 5 prospect in Made. That being said, I don't think Cleveland trades Ramirez and who knows if Ramirez even waives his no trade to come to Milwaukee.
