  2. Here you go. From section 410. http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/n515/weekendpaul/410.jpg
  3. Can you buy parking passes from the Brewers without buying tickets? i bought tickets on the secondary market, but I just thought about parking.

  5. I could be wrong about this, it's been some time since I've looked into these but.... I believe there was a white base and green base model. They differed a bit in body style, but the head was the same. The white are in the $400-500 range. The green base variants in the $150 - $250. range. The white versions were released between 1961-63. The Green Round Base versions are marked 1962, but were actually released in 1963. A great item in any case.
  6. Not pointed at any "insider" in particular, more of a general question. Is there any vetting process for "insiders", or can anyone just post insider info and it's assumed true? I understand the desire to get insider info here on the site, but the last line of the quoted etiquette rules would almost suggest that the desire for inside info outweighs the desire to make sure info is credible.
  7. Anyone want to guess what the 2nd hand market will look like for post season tickets this year? I just went back to see what I paid for tickets in 2008, and I paid $147.50 for 2 tickets in row one, 423 (behind home plate).

  9. I like the Krod / Ax t shirt, a lot actually. The T-plush one looks like a poor attempt at "real" graffiti. Good start though.
  10. Wow. Not sure what to say. I'm not trusting any company selling these:http://googlejerseysshop.net/pic/201142620515336958.jpg http://googlejerseysshop.net/pic/20114151863586518.jpg That Braddock jersey looks like a half jersey, almost like a womans cut. The number on the Molitor jersey is way off center. The trim is wrong. Not to mention the fonts on both are wrong. Though I will admit, I've always wanted a #21 EscoBRA jersey. http://googlejerseysshop.net/pic/201011238104640018.jpg Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but buyer beware.
  11. In 2008, Gallardo came back at the end of the season (after the MiLB season ended). I don't think he went out on a rehab assignment, but I believe the Brewers sent him to Arizona to play in simulated games. I'm positive that's what happened, though I'm sure it's much easier to simulate games for a pitcher then for a 2nd baseman.
  12. I think it's 43 days of service time for the minimum pension, isn't it? I thought one day of service time qualified you for medical / healthcare benefits. I could be wrong, who knows. Either way your point is valid. Nice day for him.
  13. I got the call today too. They offered a refund, a chance to hang out in the bullpen before a game or tickets and a ride down Bernie's slide. I took the refund but I am seriously bummed. This was great fun last year. I hope it returns next year.
  14. Tons of fun. If you've got the money to do it, give it a try. Seriously. It is a blast. Getting to hang around the park, use the dugout and clubhouse, talk to the former players... it was worth it. I didn't collect a hit or do anything special and I had the best time. It's like make believe day for grown ups. As far as skill level goes, don't worry about it. Yes, everyone wants to win but all skill levels are represented. Go for the experience. All of my best memories are non field related.
  15. Is it just me, or does WMLW look MUCH better tonight?
  16. I couldn't stand it. I turned it off and waited until after the game, then fired up my Samsung MLB.tv app on the TV and watched it demand. It was in HD (or as close as MLB.TV can get). Sucks that I had to wait until almost 11pm to watch a Brewers loss...
  17. The relief pitcher for the Braves in the first inning is the anti-Todd Coffey. He took forever to walk from the pen to the mound. By my count, it took him a minute and 6 seconds. Amazing.
  18. Sounds like a nice haul.
  19. That link seems to be broken, but I found the story via google. Wow. Good story.
  20. My company too.
  21. Very disappointing, but I hope that Treyton's family knows how many people care about their story.
  22. Been voting since the beginning, just voted again. Lets do this!!
  23. Thanks for the update thablingster. I'm not going this year (I'm sick), but I was curious about the crowd and how early everyone would show up with the new system in place.
  24. Here's a mock up I did based on the latest photo. http://images.yuku.com/image/jpeg/a3e252f1109051735e60bca54b4f030d0fb7398.jpg
