    Almost every year at least 1 or 2 4/5 seeds lose to the 12/13 seed. A 7/10 goes to the 10. At least 1-2 8/9 games go to the 9. That said, I've made a few upset picks this year that I'm hoping I'm right on. VCU over Wichita State. VCU was in the Final 4 last year. Experience. Xavier over Notre Dame. 7/10 to the 10 Harvard over Vandy. 5/12. Everybody is high on Vandy. I like smart people. We'll see how horrible or great my picks are. I didn't watch much college hoops this year. And I have a feeling this tourney is going to have a load of close games!

All their other position player regress. McGwire is fired/"relieved of his andro" by mid-May.

    Awesome. I love this. He's not that great, he's a hothead, and the Cards deserve him. Money extremely well spent by the Cards.

    Sorry, I was trying to summarize, and my brain doesn't seem to be working well today. He doesn't think Braun's reputation will return to what it was pre-leak.

    I was listening to ESPN radio and they had an interview with Jayson Stark. He talked about Braun, saying he doesn't see how there's any way that Braun's reputation doesn't come back to where it was. I guess giving someone the benefit of the doubt isn't really a choice anymore.

    But they can be met with the discussion between "not smart and dumb". Both definitions have their pictures next to them.

    Holy crap!! I don't care why he's not guilty, it definitely makes the Brewers officially on paper the best team in the central! And it means a full season for the reigning MVP! I will have to watch how the 4 letter network spins this one!

    Hilarious! You and I must be about the same age, because I had just graduated the summer of the Oakfield tornado. I was at the high school doing a summer musical, and thinking, how horribly ironic it would be to have a tornado take me out in the place I tried to get out of for 4 years! Obviously, I was fine.

    No, not good news. I grew up in Mayville....nothing good there. Mayville was our rivals in high school. You're right, nothing good has ever come out of Mayville. In fact, I believe Mayville is where Hitler was born. That's just what I heard. Ha, ha!! Did you go to Horicon? Or Lomira? Aahh, the memories....

    Oy. I'm done with the network that formerly reported sports. They're talking out of their butts and think they're being smart doing it. They're not.

    Blue? One first round bust for another? I like it. The Indians did trade Drew Pomeranz and Alex White for Ubaldo. Maybe they'd be interested in taking a chance...or maybe they'd view Arnett like most of us do. Either way, I'd do it. I hesitated to put it in blue, just because they might go for it. Who knows.

    Holliday for 162 is laughable! He'll probably miss 10 games with a hangnail, 15 with a headache and 25 with an undetermined "ouchie".

    Buster Olney of ESPN tweeted this morning that the Brewers were losers in signing Fielder. I went off on him. He gave no indications he wanted to stay, turned down long term offers, so what were they supposed to do? They've moved on. But to make it sound like they are losers when there wasn't even a chance of winning? Idiotic.

    Living 3 hours from Houston, this is hilarious! Yes, we Texans are serious about our meat and BBQ, but can't you see it? The mascot would be a side of meat! PETA would have a field day!
