for those complaining about $, mlbtraderumors had him predicted 2/16 to boston. 2/18 isn't that bad. had him as the 25th best FA coming into the offseason.

yeah people complain when they sign Daniel Robertson to a minimal contact and when they sign a current gold glover to a rather large but not out of the world contract. also never realized he has yet to be named an all star, i thought he would have made it one year atleast.

i like it too. The options at 1st and 3rd free agent wise were not inspiring. you improve the defense of the club and get a good OBP guy and leadoff hitter and move a bad defender to 1st. He will have a full spring to learn the position.

thinking about it, it could work. I think Wong is better than most the corner IF guys out there. Move Hiura to 1st, Urias to 3rd. Its not the best starting IF but its better than what you had last year.

looks like he was traded for a lottery ticket. if the brewers gave up a lottery ticket for him, i would have been OK with that. -
overall the PPV was pretty good. Belair was the odds on favorite and won, which I'm ok with. Edge was the 2nd highest favorite, not sure what there is to gain from him winning minus adding to his legacy. I wish WWE would use the RR as a springboard to younger wrestles to push and not give it to a guy who already retired a decade ago due to neck issues. and if they wanted to give it to an older guy Bryan would have made more sense.

This weekend is still the best event of the year in wrestling. It has definitely lost some luster the last few years with the lack of surprise entrants. Obviously a significant number of NXT and alumi will be in the Womans match, but the mens side really hasn't been doing that this in recent years (although Edge coming back last year was an all time moment). I will predict Bliss on the womans side (not shocked if its Belair though) On the mens side i'm going with the fiend/ wyatt as a surprise entrant / winner. just really hopes Goldberg doesn't win, he wins every time he comes back for the one off PPV title matches though

It would never happen, but i agree with you. It would be hard to allow him to not finish his career in GB, but it would secure the success of the franchise for the next decade.

Pettine's contract is up, so really they don't need to "fire" him. no word on that. The special teams coach had to go though

Interesting question. Was 1 and 2 during 81/82 but I think that’s the answer. It was a World Series run, first playoff runs for the franchise and by all reports it was a very fun group to follow -
If the packers win tomorrow. I want the chiefs. We don’t know Mahomes situation so the bills could take them out. I think of the 4 possible matchups, packers - chiefs is far and away the best

Interesting that there doesn't seem to be any plans to change Miller Park Way. https://www.jsonline.com/story/communities/southwest/news/2021/01/13/west-milwaukee-plans-keep-miller-park-way-despite-new-ballpark-name/6645304002/ I like the move. its confusing to change street names and its a ode to the old name. Brewers Blvd would have been OK, especially with the brewers paying for it. Guess just like the stadium name change, doesn't matter to me. -
don't know where to put this so starting a new thread. Harden traded to the nets for 4 1st and 4 swaps and some spare parts. I can't see Kyrie, Harden, and KD working together on the same team. good luck to Nash on making this work

i don't think he is an on air person though. I think he works for all of the stations on iheart. I agree its the best (and only) sports station i listen to in town.

you can't beat the price and I think Little Caesars is hit or miss for me. I used to like Papa John's but it has gone way down hill. The issue is that there are so many local pizza joints that make excellent pizza for not much more, there is no reason to not patronize them. I live less than 2 miles from balistreri's in Wauwatosa so thats my goto.

i used to use those. they seemed to be more trouble then they are worth. put viruses on my phone / laptop, streams not working or buffering, etc. -

was looking into streaming options today. ATT TV is the only one that would offer FS WI. The issue is that they make you sign a 2 year contract. They also make you pay 9 extra dollars for their sports package and increase rates in year #2. The latter is no big deal, but the former is. What happens if they drop sinclair too and them I'm on the hook for 74 dollars a month for nothing? I think most on this thread are right, better to hold off for now. -

What is everyone’s 2021 fantasy resolution? Mine is to focus on tight end way earlier than In years past. I think there will be only 4 valuable tight ends - Kielce, kittle, Tonyan, Andrews. Got to get one early
