It's 3. According to the box score, the pitch that sent Pagan to second in the 1st inning was a WP. Thus, it's charged to Sheets (I'm assuming this is where the question as to 2 or 3 ER lies).

Maybe, but Sheets has been a work horse when he hasn't been injured. I'm sure he can handle the inning.

I don't see what's wrong with the pitch count. It's not like he threw 130 pitches. He got 5 days rest and he's going to get another 5 days before his next start.
