sheets seems to be soft tossing his warmup throws, and doesn't seem to have much zip on his fastball.

Jim Powell was saying Sheets is hanging around 89 or so, but that's normal for him the first few innings.

Just a side note for whatever aspiring yogurt afficianados we may have lurking about.

 

Does anyone else love the Yo Crunch yogurt? Where it comes with the pieces of crushed oreo or m&ms or whatever topping you want? I always like to add a handful of reeces pieces to it as well, it's de-lish.

 

I also second the Cream Savers yogurt too...it's simply wonderful.
