Go Manny! I'll be there today kickin' it in the Club seats. Just look for the big geeky-looking guy in the Brewer shirt.

I wonder how long it'll take this game thread to turn into another vent thread. I was only able to watch last night's game up until the inning Houston tied it and I had a hard time figuring out what I missed since most of the posts were "Sheets sucks" and "Playoff teams don't ever play this bad".

Pretty good lineup to have against a lefty, and it's good to see Rivera starting to get more than one start every two weeks lately. Hopefully Braun can return in the Pirates series, but hopefully he won't need to be rushed back.

I like this lineup for the matchup today. I think Rivera should be Parra's personal catcher. At least it would get him in there every 5 days or so and get Kendall a little rest. My prediction - Jason Kendall will weigh under 170 lbs by Oct 1

Heck, that describes just about half the stadium. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

If you couldn't tell from the guy in the Oktoberfest leiderhosen throwing out the first pitch, it's La Crosse Area day at Miller Park.

They should've signed Damian Miller to a 1-day contract just for this game...he was always clutch on these days. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

My buddy and I had a long discussion at the game on Sunday...Has Jason Kendall lost more weight during the season than Johnny Estrada gained last year? I'm thinking Kendall has dropped 20 lbs, but Estrada must have added 50 last year.

Note to Jason - Use your day off to pony up to the training table today!!!

What?! This game is on tv? I thought it was radio only today. Well that was a nice surprise when I turned it to FSN just for the fun of it and saw the game was on.
