I totally agree, I've always wondered what happened to Carlos that made his ave. drop from a consistant ~.300 hitter to someone that hits in the .270 range. I've got to think he's trying to become more of a home run hitter while sacrificing his BA. The bad thing about that, though, is that his HR totals have stayed the same while his BA has dropped ~30 points.

Huh, I guess I should be happy i missed the top half of the first!

 

I have high hopes for Zach Jack, and have a good feeling about today.

I really hate umpires who wait a whole week before they decide to call the pitch.

 

By the way, that should have been 2 k's for Zach in that inning.... i have no idea where that first strikeout pitch missed.

This has all the makings of a very frustrating game. At least we've made Harang throw 51 pitches through two innings........small victories.

I'm pretty confident that we will get to Harang (though I'm sure it won;t happen now that I said it http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif ), and Jackson does look pretty good so far.

Of course people weren't here praising him for his nice AB and walk his first time up.....
