Anyone think Sanchez might have wanted to get thrown out? I know it sounds stupid, but the Mets had no one up in the pen and now they get to use all the time they want to warm up a new pitcher. I know it's a stretch but you never know.

Keith Hernandez and the mets pbp guy think sanchez didn't throw at clark but i did.

Either way, its fishy. Give up back to back homers and hit the next batter.

Sounds great to me...I would've been fine with him "retaliating" three more times!

Millers was a no doubter and brady got drilled right in the back. No idea why they tossed the pitcher.

Well, I can't see the game and the gameplay didn't update the HBP, so that's why I was asking.

Justice! Mets 2nd baseman Woodard commits a throwing error! Nice to see it happen to an opponent for a change. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Well, I can see why Sanchez wouldn't want to hit Clark there...but it sure looked like he hit him on purpose. It sucks that the guy got thrown out, but that is what happens when you give up back to back jacks and then hit the next guy in the back.
