Counsell, absolutely - he's the man in bases-loaded situations. Although Kendall did do exactly what Counsell would have (hack at the first pitch). It's just unlucky.

Micah Owings just hit a 2 out HR on 3-2 pitch in bottom of 9th to tie it in Cincy.

Kendall had a great at bat, hit it hard but it went the 3B. Counsell can lead off this inning now

 

What was that Bill? That is why Hall is so frustrating. He messes up on routine plays like that.

Somewhat frustrating game. Just one of thoese ones where our team made a few too many mistakes, and just got outplayed a bit. No real clutchiness displayed.

They also were selling a t-shirt in the team store that said "Curse the Cubs" and had a picture of a goat with the Brewers logo on it. So the "taunting shirts" thing is indeed going both ways, it would seem.
