Gallardo's last start was quite a bit better than his first two
Why does everyone keep acting like Gallardo was awful in his first start? His first start was by far his best.

 

First start: 7 IP, 7 H, 3 ER, 2 BB, 5 K

Second start: 5 IP, 5 H, 6 ER, 2 BB, 5 K

Third start: 6 IP, 6 H, 2 ER, 4 BB, 5 K

Im not. He might be far better in center but it hurts to watch him hit.

It was close, if Escobar brought the glove down to the bag and forced McCutcheon to slide into the glove he would have been out but he tagged him on the leg.

So here is the response from Dish Network on why there is no HD broadcast tonight available on Dish:

 

" fox sport decided not to provide us with the HD version of the game"

 

Don't know how much I buy that, but at least it's an answer.
