I am going to watch this game this afternoon, mainly because it is a day game and I don't have anything better to do. I will be drinking beer and attempting to enjoy myself. Please do not punish me for this decision. Yovani, you are supposed to be a top of the rotation pitcher, please start pitching similar to one. Batters, please give him any sort of form of run support. Remember, Kyle Lohse may have a nice ERA right now, but he is not Cy Young.

So in 2008, when we made the playoff run, we had a 6 game losing streak between May 2nd - May 8th. That same year we had an 8 game road losing streak as well. Very similar to what we're facing right now and we still ended up winning 90 games.

 

We didn't get above .500 until June 1st in 2008.
