Our good players need to start hacking instead of walking so our worthless players can make clutch outs. Hart would have been better off grounding out to score the run in the 3rd and Fielder should have been more aggresive there.

Correct. If the batter hits a SF after the interference the batting team can elect to take the run and the out instead of the interference.

Brain says Kotsay, too. He gets on base more effectively than Boggs. A lead-off HR does us no good.
