No the difference is your #5 pitcher isn't as good. You take him out because you have a chance to blow the game open and its very likely you'll have to pull him soon anyway and Hawkins or Saito would be a better choice to pitch the 7th anyway.

I'd agree with PH for Narv if his pitch count were higher, but the way he has been pitching and at only 74 pitches through 6, I would have left him in too.
