Throw at Parra next AB? Fire this team/crowd up a bit? It probably isn't warranted, but these games have been dull to watch thus far.

I always think throwing at a player is a stupid idea. And even though it probably still is, I want Parra to feel some pain from a Gallardo fastball.

The dbacks broadcast is saying that it looks like Parra suffered a knee injury on that play and isn't running well

Good inning, Yo. I like the new pitch counter on FSW, but it also makes me very anxious. It's like a countdown (countup?) to when our bullpen needs to come in.

Ok I watched the play. Parra did what 95 percent of base runners do in that situation, I am not upset about it.

Yeah, it really wasn't terrible, it was just that double play timing was way off and also Segura also had to stretch for it. But I guess as a runner, all you are thinking about it making sure there is no DP.

I hope Segura is just sore, nothing more.

Calling it a "quad contusion" on the radio.

He could have broken up any possible DP by just getting into his feet/legs. He came up high with his knee at the last moment looking to create additional contact. It's maybe not dirty, but it's very aggressive for no real benefit. That's fine. I just don't want to hear whining from AZ when somebody gets aggressive with them to their detriment.

I can't wait to watch a Brewers game that does not include Aaron Hill or Paul Goldschmidt on the opposition.
Not just “at Night” anymore.
