Not surprised Hoffman gone, I'm cool with Conforto going as well, then all we need Beede to go and I can feel good about the Brewers' pick.

I'm guessing Toronto reaches for somebody at #11, because Hoffman might want #1-1 money, and because that pick is not protected. So if Conforto goes #10, then we should have the rest of the best available players on the board at #12.

I would guess Toussaint goes 11. That would leave Newcomb or Holmes on the board.

That would make sense.

Hoffman can't command top 12 money. You gotta realize he's out for a year+. So he returns just in time for next year's draft without having anything to show for drafters. And he'll be a senior so he doesn't have any kind of argument for money offered. He could go 1-1 and only get offered 1mil. What's he going to do say no? He's out of professional baseball if he does.

Conforto!

Toussaint or Holmes will be the Brewers Pick! at least one of them

Touki! Touki! Come to Milwaukee.

(Still think Toronto are going for an easy sign here)

Interesting side note: Jack Z announced that they are immediately moving Alex Jackson to the OF, not going to mess around with trying him at Catcher.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

All he would have to do is show scouts he is healthy and his velocity/stuff are fine, and then they would be getting a healthy Hoffman ready to play immediately. He's still going to ask for a ton as a top-10 pick, IMO.
