I feel like what's always missing from this is that the actions Braun took before he got suspended. He blatantly lied he threw the collections agent under the bus and made a big deal with a press conference claiming his innocence. Nobody else who has been busted for Peds has done this. I realize we're biased in that braun is our guy and I really don't even care about it at this point but everybody acts upset that Braun gets booed and nobody else does but there is actually a reason for this.

 

I even agree that people still booing Braun is old but there's a reason for it and it's not because he got busted for Peds. It's because of the actions he took after the fact.

That was awful. There's no way you would be able to tell if it hit his pant leg and the ball clearly didn't change direction.

The ball didn't hit Santana at all and even if it did it was WAY too close for an ump to make such a random call. No way he could have been sure.
