2018-08-29: Brewers (Peralta) at Reds (Harvey) 6:10 PM CDT [Brewers win, 13-12 in 10 innings -- Christian Yelich hits for the CYCLE on 6-for-6 Night; Brewers overcome controversy and 4-run deficit]

You can't sit Moose but I agree on the others

My reasoning on Moose is he looked the most tired of the guys I didn't list in my opinion. Guy can't start every game, especially after playing 10 inning and having to play again in just over 12 hours. We'll see though. I also wonder if Pina will hit the DL and we bring up a catcher.

He going to throw bullpens for Johnson via Skype?

He was optioned. MLB rules state he has 72 hours to report. I suppose he could have made the trip, but I kinda doubt it.

Yeah I just remember CC saying he would work with Johnson in the pen before getting work in Colorado. Who knows

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

It will be interesting to see who is available out of the pen tomorrow.

JJ a definte no. How many pitches did Hader throw? Burnes can go 1. Soria probably won't go 3 in a row.

So that leaves the b team ......better hope Miley gives us a long start and we score a bunch of runs again.

My only regret on tonight is the umpiring crew will not get the negative attention they deserve.

Haha I love your hatred for the umpires.

Both the Reds and Brewers bullpen are completely in shambles. It would be nice if we weren't without Hader, Jeffress, and probably Williams tomorrow. But I defintely get your point. I really hope it gets noticed. I hope those clowns feel stupid when they watch video.

It's usually over the top, I'll admit, but it's more than well-deserved tonight.

Insert Aguilar and probably Kratz and that should be the lineup tomorrow. Need runs.

Kratz had a race to first with a pregnant woman and finished third.

Can we nickname him Simba like Ted simmons

Who cares....he drove in the winning run and made a great tag at home on the Yelich play.

He has come up huge for us lately.

The good news is that Iglesias is probably unavailable tomorrow

Oh for sure it is warranted tonight (and most nights).

Woodruff and Hernandez each pitched two innings today, so they probably can't go tomorrow. That leaves Wilkerson, Thompson, Barnes (pitched an inning today), and Houser (pitched 7 innings in a start over the weekend). Knebel, I guess, if they DL someone.

Options are not great. I wonder if Guerra can come back and pitch? He certainly didn't get stretched out much yesterday LOL.

If i was Iglesias I would tell him I'm not available.....hopefully the manager is smart enough not to let him pitch a 3rd day after that work load.

I think we can all agree that you just can't lose a game when Schoop gets 2 hits including a homer.....

Yeah Yelich had 6 hits and a cycle.....Moose with 4 hits and a homer......but you can't waste a big contribution from Schoop!

Win tomorrow and take another series by any means necessary

I agree. With the off day we had on Monday, both Miley and Chacin are on 4 days rest as of tomorrow. Can’t be afraid to use both if needed to save the pen. Anderson would be on schedule for Friday. Saturday is September 1st so that opens other possibilities. Woodruff only was used for 2 innings tonight so he could be available to give us innings this weekend.

Yelich raised his average 9 points.

In their 133rd game or whatever. Incredible.

Also, I was at a bar watching the game and came home and read all 26 pages of this thread. Just incredible overreactions. Truly hilarious.

And I get it. Ups and downs and such. :laughing

FWIW the Brewers have won 6 of their last 9 games. With the amount of people claiming to be done with them, you would think they had lost 6 of their last 9 games.

That's why I said "almost" :)

I think we'll get a stressful close one tonight then win comfortably tomorrow for our 3rd straight series win

Okay, I didn't think it'd be THAT stressful.

Yes they really have to hold off today and tomorrow before help comes. I think this will be another high scoring game unless the Batters are tired LOL. But a lot of guys were looking to get rid of Kratz but like others stated he has come up big for us. Just win today baby I guess it be Miley and Jordan today will be the guys and want to throw a nice shout out to Perez too
