"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Eagles defense plays hard so Pack can't sleep on them like they did the Jaguars a few weeks ago. Slay is banged up and if he can't go or is hampered, Adams should have a field day. Packers 28-17.

Packers 31 - Eagles 17

Fans and analysts continue to question the 2020 draft as the Packers stockpile another W.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

I rarely have full confidence in the Packers, but this feels like a game that shouldn’t give them much trouble. Then again, I had the same feeling before the Jacksonville game.

I moved the non-game related discussion to the general Packers thread to get this one back to the Eagles game. Feel free to continue that discussion there.

[sarcasm]Finally winning the turnover, I mean coin flip.[/sarcasm]
Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

If it was "prior to the pass", why did it take 5 seconds after the whistle for it to come out?

I thought the same thing. The punt team was practically taking the field when it finally came out....

I see we came to play today.

I'm kind of surprised Wagner is in, shifting Turner and Patrick to new positions instead of starting Runyan.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Two big sacks on back-to-back plays.

Also seemed like a very fast 1st Quarter. Lots of running clock.

It seems like that hasn't been a great sign for us this season, both the Vikes and Colts kept our offense off the field for long stretches. But it's 3-0 and we got out of poor field position there, a nice long TD drive here would be nice.

The O-Line movements of Patric to LG from RG and then whomever is on the RG/RT isn't looking good thus far. Patrick is getting beat. Get Runyan back to LG Patrick to RG Turner at RT? is that how it's been?
