Thank God for Durant's big feet.

 

One inch. That was all that was standing in the way of the Bucks being eliminated, Bud being fired, and a likely soft rebuild. Instead look for them to enjoy this, and run back a very similar looking squad next year as the presumed favorites.

 

Crazy game.

 

Same could be said in '19 when we lost Game 3 to the Raps in OT with a chance to go up 3-0. That was their moment, this is ours. A game of inches indeed sometimes.

I still haven't gotten over actually beating the Nets. This one hasn't sunk in yet. How many "must win" games did we play just against the Suns?

Remember when Giannis had a major knee injury? That feels like forever ago. It's like it never even happened.

 

But this team isn't here if Giannis's supporting cast doesn't step up in those last two against a good Hawks team to send them to the finals. Winning two big games without the MVP is a very underrated storyline of this playoff run.

Never did I think the Bucks were ‘one Jrue Holiday away’ from a title.

Thought the Bucks D was great all playoffs, really, with few exceptions. They just got big stops when they needed them a lot. Holiday, Tucker, Middleton, Giannis, they all made big plays on that side of the floor. Really good team effort.
