I’ve been pounding the table for Dylan and he failed to get a first down in two short yardage situations. Disappointing.

 

Certainly pleased with the defensive effort, though.

Romo did a few games and people said "hey, he does a nice job of breaking down the X's and O's, it's kinda neat", and now he seems like he feels this constant, necessary need to break down the *GAME WITHIN THE GAME* of EVERY. SINGLE. PLAY! and it's super annoying. He needs to learn, or be told, or something that he doesn't need to be talking the entire game. We don't need a full whiteboard explanation of every single play. Pick some plays where something neat or cool or outstanding happened and give us a breakdown, but we don't need the breakdown of the X's and O's of every single 3 yard plunge up the middle. I think the novelty of his Schtick has worn off and now it's just some dude with a raspy throat who never shuts up.
